Our professional butcher Frank will demonstrate the simple joys of sausage making from scratch in a up to 2.5 hour course. You will learn the finer details of this ancient craft from, exploring different recipes with fresh ingredients and free range pork. Enjoy a feast of you freshly made sausages with some fresh bread and a glass of wine!

This course was one of the best I've ever been to. I've learned a lot. Frank ran the course professionally and answered all the questions. It was very nice, free and cheerful. We tried our sausages on the spot and got the rest home. During the break we got a lot to taste various kinds of salami, cheeses and salad, as well as wonderful red and white wine. Everything was just perfect.

Amaizing!!! Frank was great teaching us. Also had a chance to try salami,wine and cheese that they make. Came back home with big bag of sausages. Time well spend. Highly recommended!
