Our professional butcher Frank will demonstrate the simple joys of sausage making from scratch in a up to 2.5 hour course. You will learn the finer details of this ancient craft from, exploring different recipes with fresh ingredients and free range pork. Enjoy a feast of you freshly made sausages with some fresh bread and a glass of wine!

Very well organised and presented session. A very captive audience who were genuinely interested in the process. Bottega is also a very interesting place to visit all the equipment needed for making beer, wine, cheese, salami and pasta. Well worth it. Luisa Calandra.
